How we work

  • Bonded and insured

Insurance covers accidental damage; the bond covers theft. A certificate is available on request.

  • Background-checked, vetted cleaners

Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit.

  • Professionally trained teams

Teams work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than a personal routine, so visits stay consistent.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an area is not right, tell us and we put it right.

  • 24-hour re-clean policy

Report a missed area within 24 hours and we come back to redo it at no extra charge.

What needs cleaning?

Three quite different jobs sit behind that question, and they are priced and scheduled differently. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Recurring plans

How often should we come?

Most people who call us are not looking for one clean. They are trying to stop thinking about it. The frequency you pick changes both what each visit costs and how much there is to do when we arrive.

  1. 20%off

    Weekly

Nothing has time to build up, so each visit is short and the house never really leaves ready.

Suits: Larger households, homes with pets and shedding, and anyone who wants Friday to look like Monday.

  2. 15%off

    Biweekly

The usual rhythm. Two weeks is long enough to notice, short enough that a standard clean still handles it.

Suits: Most Carrollton families and working households — the frequency people settle on after trying others.

  3. 10%off

    Monthly

A full reset each time. Expect a longer visit, and the occasional deep clean to catch up on detail.

Suits: Smaller households, homes that stay tidy day to day, and anyone maintaining a place between guests.

Discounts apply to every visit on a standing schedule and come off automatically while the schedule runs. Your actual price depends on the home and its condition — you see it before anything is confirmed.

Before and after

What a cleaning visit actually changes

Drag the handle, or use the buttons under each photograph. Nothing here is staged as a customer story — these are demonstration sets showing the difference the work makes in the rooms people care about most.

For Carrollton businesses

Commercial cleaning, scoped in writing

Carrollton runs on office suites, flex and warehouse space, clinics, storefronts and restaurants — and each of those changes the work far more than floor area does. We walk the building, agree a written scope, then clean to it on a set schedule, usually after you close.

  • Offices and professional suites
  • Retail and storefronts
  • Restaurants and dining rooms
  • Medical and dental offices
  • Churches and community buildings
  • Schools, childcare and learning centers
  • Warehouse and flex space
  • Gas stations and convenience stores

Qualifying multi-day recurring contracts can save up to 35%. Whether a building qualifies depends on how many days a week it needs and how the work is grouped, so it is settled at the quote, not assumed.

The part that matters most

You are letting someone into your home

That is a bigger decision than the price, and we treat it that way. Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit, and on a recurring schedule we keep the same team on your home wherever scheduling allows — so the people at the door become familiar.

  • A cleaner greeting a homeowner at her front door
Arriving within the window you picked, in uniform.
  • A cleaner and a homeowner talking beside a kitchen island
A quick walk-through of anything you want handled differently.
  • A cleaner standing with a family and their dog in a living room
Households with kids and pets are the normal case, not the exception.
  • A cleaner talking with an older couple in their living room
The same team each visit, wherever scheduling allows.

Family and pet households

Cleaned around the people who live there

Most of the homes we clean have children, pets, or both. That changes what actually needs attention: floors and rugs take the traffic, low surfaces collect more than high ones, and the kitchen and bathrooms carry the week.

Tell us what lives in the house and what you would rather we did not use, and we will work with it. If you keep a particular product for a floor, a stone counter or a delicate surface, leave it out and we will use yours.

  • Say if a dog needs a door kept closed, or a cat should not be let out.
  • Point out anything fragile or sentimental you would rather we left alone.
  • Toys, laundry and homework get tidied to a place, not reorganized.

Cleaning tips for homes with pets

Carrollton first

A company that works one part of North Texas

We are not a metroplex-wide operation with Carrollton in the title. We work from Old Denton Road, and the tighter the area a team covers, the more reliable the arrival windows get.

Booking

Four steps, and you can do all of them online

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the place

Bedrooms, bathrooms, how it is being used and what has been happening in it lately. Condition matters more than square footage, so say if it has been a while.

  2. Step 2

See the price before you commit

The booking system prices the visit from what you tell it. Recurring discounts come off at the same time, so you see the real number, not a range.

  3. Step 3

    Pick your day

Choose a date and an arrival window, and tell us how we get in — someone home, a code, a lockbox. Pets are fine; just let us know who lives there.

  4. Step 4

    We clean, then you check

The team works to the same list every visit. If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no extra charge.

Book online in a few minutes, or call (972) 440-4421 — texting works too, if that’s easier.

Common questions

The things people ask before their first clean

Which areas do you cover from Carrollton?
Carrollton is our home market and where most of our work is. We also cover Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, The Colony and Lewisville regularly, and the Carrollton-adjacent edges of West Plano and Far North Dallas on request. If you are not sure whether your street is in range, ask before you book.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Plenty of customers are at work. You can leave a door code, a lockbox or a key with us, or be there for the first visit and hand over access once you are comfortable. Whatever you choose, tell us how pets are handled and whether an alarm needs disarming.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Teams arrive with the products, cloths, vacuums and equipment they need. If you would rather we used something you keep at home — a particular floor product, or something for a delicate surface — leave it out and tell us.
How do the recurring discounts work?
A standing weekly schedule takes 20% off every visit, biweekly takes 15% and monthly takes 10%. The discount applies for as long as the schedule runs and comes off automatically at booking — there is no code to remember and no minimum term.
What happens if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no extra charge. The guarantee covers cleaning we agreed to do — it does not cover pre-existing damage, wear that cleaning cannot reverse, or areas outside the scope you booked.
Can you clean an office as well as a house?
Yes, and the commercial side is a real part of what we do. Commercial work is quoted rather than priced online, because facility type changes the work far more than floor area does. Send through the details and we will scope it.
